SAT Math Review – 600 and Above

Registration is now closed for 2019.

Instructor

Kennon McCaa will teach the SAT Math Review – 600 and Above summer class. Kennon is an expert on SAT prep and jokes that despite becoming a math teacher, his 14 year-old son got a better SAT score (a perfect 800/800) than he did! Kennon will use his in-depth knowledge of what is (and what is not) on the SAT to review the key topics assessed on the SAT math exam.

Dates & Cost

Registration is now closed for 2019.

This is a one week program. The dates are August 5 – 9 from 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM at Transformative Tutoring in Osprey. This course is priced at $400. Don’t want to wait until August to start practicing for the SAT? Great! Students enrolled in this program will receive $10 off per hour for all individual SAT tutoring from June 1 to August 30, 2019.

There is no better time to study for the SAT than in the summer! This course is scheduled for the end of summer so that students will receive a great warm-up for the school year and focused SAT practice right before the August 24th SAT test. Hopefully, this will enable all students to start the school year successfully and allow for a few weeks of extra SAT practice. The SAT is a reflection of a student’s preparation and motivation as well as their math skills. All students who have completed Algebra 2 know everything they need to know to get a perfect score on the SAT. Unfortunately, most students are too busy during the school year and fail to practice adequately, if at all.

Who Should Attend

Students with an existing SAT math score of 600 or above looking to improve on their existing score and committed enough to complete one hour of homework each night. Proof of a prior score of 600 or above on the SAT math exam is required for admission to this course. This course is not suitable for students who have never taken the SAT or have never scored 600 or above on the SAT math exam. This course will be taught at a rapid pace and a higher level than the below 600 course and will focus on the most difficult concepts and sample problems.
