Once we have talked, please schedule all appointments using this online calendar. Scheduling over the phone simply does not work well because I am almost always working with my awesome students.

Cancellation Policy

Save your appointment confirmation emails. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so as early as possible, and no less than 47 hours in advance using the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. You will also receive a reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you realize that you need to cancel the appointment, you must do so immediately upon receiving the 48 hour reminder email. Cancellations done less than 47 hours prior to the appointment will be charged for the full session.

How to Schedule a Tutoring Appointment

1) Tap on an available start time to begin the scheduling process, or use the calendar to jump to a future week and make a selection.

2) Select the session length on the next page.

3) If you cannot find a time you want, please email me with a subject line of “Waiting List: appointment needed by ____” and fill in the date. Include any times that might fit your schedule within the body of the email.
